Do I have to create an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. There is no need to create an account.

Creating an account on Spotty Giraffe will be helpful as you can check the progress of your order and find all your orders in one place.

 

I have forgotten my password. Can you help?

No problem, we will send you a link to reset your password. Simply enter your email address and click on 'Forgot password'. The email will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.

 

Do you offer a Gift Wrapping Service?

Yes, we do and it is free of charge! Just tick the box when adding an item to your cart. You can also add a gift message.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express) as well as Debit cards. You can also pay via Apple Pay and PayPal.

 

How much is the delivery charge?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK for a standard delivery charge of £3.95. All UK orders over £50 are delivered FREE of charge! More details can be found here.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are despatched Monday - Friday from our Berkshire warehouse and we aim to ship all orders received before 12pm on the same day. Usually, parcels are delivered within 2-3 working days.

We ship with Royal Mail and Parcelforce and you will be provided with a tracking number. Please contact us via contact@spottygiraffe.com if you are unsure.

 

How can I place an international order?

Please place your order online when ordering from an EU country. For international orders for destinations outside the EU, please contact us via contact@spottygiraffe.com to obtain a detailed shipping quote. More details can be found here.

 

How much is international delivery?

How will I know that my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order online. Please check your spam folder, too.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is being processed and handed over to our courier.
